During my first stint as coach of the Matildas in 1994 - 1997, I approached Paul to become involved with our national team program.
After coaching spells in Japan and the United States I returned to Australia to once again take over the national senior team.
Paul was a natural choice to be my goalkeeper coach.
Paul’s understanding of the art of goalkeeping (technical and tactical) is among the best in the country. This knowledge led Paul to become the goalkeeping coach for all our women’s teams; Under 17s through to the national senior team, the Matildas.
